OUR JUBILEE HUCKLEBERRY VODKA PROCESS
One of our most popular flavored vodkas is our Jubilee Huckleberry Vodka. Come late July, the Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon are scattered with bushes bearing purple berries prized for their distinctive flavor. The beloved huckleberry is treasure to those who seek and savor them each summer. Sweet, tart and intense, these wild little berries can really jazz up a cocktail and infuse it with glee.

DISTILLER’S NOTES
When developing new flavors and styles in our research and development department, our distillers try to find fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for which Oregon, and especially Eastern Oregon, is known. Huckleberry picking is an essential experience in Eastern Oregon and has certainly become an incredible flavor addition to our cocktails.

Huckleberry and lemonade. Yes please!
Fill a bucket glass with ice
Add 2 ounces Jubilee Huckleberry Vodka
Fill with Lemonade
Garnish with a lemon wheel or fresh huckleberries
Picture yourself digging into our Lucky Duck Hash while you sip on your Jubilee Mimosa and try not to smile.
Add 1 ounce Jubilee Huckleberry Vodka to Champagne Flute
Fill flute about half way with sparkling wine(we prefer Prosecco)
Fill rest of glass with orange juice
Garnish with an orange wheel and fresh huckleberries!
We served this at the 2019 Oregon Distillers’ Guild Festival, it was definitely a crowd-pleaser!
Muddle a small coin of fresh ginger and 3 lime slices into a copper mule cup.
Fill glass with ice over the muddled ingredients
Add 1.5 ounces of Jubilee Vodka
Top with your favorite ginger beer
Garnish with fresh huckleberries, or a lime

The fruit forward Jubilee Huckleberry Vodka pairs great with fresh vegetables and light flavors, but especially well with our Ahi Tuna Tacos. Served with pickled poblano peppers, fresh cabbage slaw, and ginger relish, the Ahi Tuna is enhanced with the addition of huckleberry for a refreshing experience.
