The staff at the distillery loves to innovate and flex their creative muscles almost daily regardless of what is happening in the world. One idea that they have been kicking around is a frozen pizza that you could take home and bake in the comfort of your own home, but also looked and tasted like you baked it in a wood fired pizza oven.

After over a month of research and development the Bitchen Kitchen has come up with a great frozen pizza that meets all of their original requirements. The trick is to pre-bake the dough in our oven with a little sauce to give it the golden brown and delicious flavor we love also known as the Maillard Reaction . We let the dough cool then add more sauce and other accouterments. Then we vacuum seal the flavor in and freeze them where they await your oven.
