We are excited to announce that Oregon Grain Growers Brand Distillery will be opening for dine-in service on Wednesday 5/27 with our regular business hours AND we will continue to provide our take-out and curbside service! 

  

Dine-in service will be by reservation only with seating in the Distillery and on the Patio to keep things as ‘open-air’ as possible for our staff and customers.  The following outlines the procedures, both required and recommended, by the Oregon Heath Authority for Phase One that we have put in place to protect our staff, our customers, and our community!

 

REQUIRED:

  • Tables spaced 6 feet apart

  • Parties will be limited to 10 people or less (yes children of any age will go towards the 10 count)

  • Servers will be wearing gloves when performing cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting

  • All employees will be provided with and wearing cloth, paper, or disposable face coverings

  • Disinfecting all common areas and touch points, including payment devices frequently

  • Single use menus will be provided and sanitized between use

  • Visual marks 6 feet apart where customers will be waiting in line both for seating and for take-out

 

RECOMMENDED (we are making it a requirement for OGG)

  • Designated host to manage customer flow and monitor distancing – this is in addition to the staff we have taking care of our take-out and curb-side customers

  • At this time all drinks will be served in disposable plastic cups

  • Limiting the number of staff who serve individual parties.  What does this mean?  It means that from the time you are seated to the time your tab is paid and table is cleared you will only have one person interacting with you, this is to limit cross-interaction and assist with contact tracing if ever necessary.

  • An employee will be assigned during their shift to monitor customer access to common areas such as restrooms to make sure people are not congregating.

  • Reservation system in place

  • Hand Sanitizer available for customers to use while at OGG

  • Signage will be posted regarding COVID-19 symptoms and we ask that those who are feeling under the weather or exhibiting symptoms to take advantage of our takeout or curb-side service until they are well.

 

As you can see, we are ready to make this next phase as safe as possible while still working hard to provide the OGG service and atmosphere that you love!  Please keep an eye out this week for more information on how to place a reservation and as always, we are excited to see your faces whether it’s in person, behind a mask or in your car!  Thank you again for your support and for supporting others in our community during this time.   We love Pendleton for so many reasons and one is the fact that it is a strong, resilient community and regardless of natural disaster or a pandemic we will come together and persevere!  SEE you all SOON!
