OGG Clubhouse Report Day 4
/Time: 6:45 PM
Date: November 21st 2020
Temperature: 35 degrees or 1.66 celsius
Mood: solid
Day 4 of the shutdown and situation normal. We do breakfast on the weekends starting at 9AM which allowed time for the staff in some much needed synchronized calisthenics before opening. We like to be mentally and physically fit when doing work curbside. Camille from the kitchen was our guest instructor leading the group in her version of Jazzercise! See attached photo. It is unclear if this will be repeated tomorrow?
AM Staff wants to spray paint “HONK IF YOU’RE HUNGRY” on the east exterior wall of the clubhouse. They feel it would be a great marketing tool and also a clever way to stay awake during the slower parts of the day. Middle management team likes the idea and the motion will be added to Sundays agenda and voted on.
Propane is becoming a hot commodity as we continue further into to the shutdown. We are averaging 3 gallons of fuel burned a day. Will need to replenish our tanks tomorrow at the latest. Middle management is looking into getting winter coats with embroidered logo and names. This could help with propane costs and employee morale.
The kitchen staff has retreated back to the safety of the cook line and pizza oven. We are cautiously optimistic that they have lost interest in the new clubhouse. We have kept them busy with new food specials and also bringing back breakfast burritos. Basically, no news is good news!
Top sellers today Tower of Power Nachos and Canned Bloody Marys!
Kitchen worked on take-home 12” frozen pizza this week. The results are super promising and we look forward in sharing it all with you soon.
Distillery is working on two different whiskey releases. Triticale Whiskey and our Wheat Whiskey affectionately named Cabbage Hill. Release will depend on the shutdown.
As always thanks for the support! We all appreciate it.
XXXOOO,
OGG STAFF
