OGG Clubhouse Report Day 6

The Carpenters said it best “Funny, but it seems I always wind up here with you” from their hit single Rainy Days and Mondays that reached number 1 on the Adult Contemporary singles chart in 1971. Mrs. Skinner battled the elements Monday AM. The clubhouse seems to be handling the precipitation just fine. Waiting for a blast of snow to really test it.

The Clubhouse was left unattended for an unknown reason and the kitchen staff decided to take it over and make it their personal break room. Kaden and Cory shared a plate of nachos at the hostess stand with zero supervision. Seaira was quick to act and shooed them back into the kitchen before anymore damage could be done. Thankfully the kitchen staff does not have access to POS due to the great cocktail order of 2018 where Codey Rogers ordered over 25 cocktails for the kitchen staff in a span of 30 minutes. NOT GOOD!

The afternoon and evening have gone without incident. The highlight of the afternoon was Murray and his four legged friends stopping by for a drink of water from the clubhouse’s complimentary dog water dish. It is the little things that always keep you going! A work order has been submitted for house made dog cookies. Fingers Crossed!

We are open from 7AM to 11AM for breakfast and espresso only tomorrow. The rest of the day we will be reinforcing the clubhouse and possibly adding other creature comforts.

The kitchen continues to make progress with their frozen pizza project.

The distillery is making Corn Whiskey from some really cool Bloody Butcher Corn.
