As you may have felt or heard the forecast this coming week is going to be one for the record books. As a precaution to our cook line staff we will be doing Perkys' Breakfast, Pizza, Salads, and Nachos menu and leave our main cook line off.

The staff at the distillery loves to innovate and flex their creative muscles almost daily regardless of what is happening in the world. One idea that they have been kicking around is a frozen pizza that you could take home and bake in the comfort of your own home, but also looked and tasted like you baked it in a wood fired pizza oven.

We are happy to report that the roof project was completed ahead of schedule under budget and zero injuries. Anyone who has worked with corrugated roofing knows that these is no small feat. We are optimistic that this will keep the snow off or our customers while they visit us.

It has been several days and maybe weeks since our last update we are unsure. There are many things that have changed while we have been away. The State of Oregon has allowed us to provide outdoor open air dining during the winter months and we launched our very first aged wheat whiskey affectionately named Cabbage Hill.

Wintertime and the living is easy. Members of the clubhouse lobbied for movie night while back and have received good news from the home office that their request was approved. The approval was the easy part as we found out everyone had different ideas for which movie to play.
